Just imagine waking up in the morning with your morning coffee and a panomaric view overlooking mountains, hills, the historical town of Motovun and overall beautiful nature. If you feel the desire to get to a bit more crowded place during the day, Oprtalj and Motovun are only a few minutes driving distance away.

Inside the Villa

On the ground floor the kitchen, living and dining room area are taking place. Two bedrooms are located on this floor as well. Each of the rooms comes with with king size bed, SAT TV, en suite bathroom and has a direct access to the terrace area, and the villa’s private lawn. On the first floor, two more bedreooms are situated: the Master bedroom, equipped with bath and walk-in shower, and the VIP room with walk-in shower. Both rooms have balconies, and the Master bedroom is overlooking the Mirna valley and Motovun.

The outdoor area and private swimming pool

The dining room provides multiple exits to the porch and summer kitchen that contains an open fireplace with cooking facilities and a table for eight persons protected under the porch and with a great view. The garden space is huge and the swimming pool is heated. The sunbeds are next to the pool and an outdoor shower is available as well.

Underneath the pool area, in a separate space, the finnish sauna is taking place.
